We know you've been looking forward to the OktobeRun, but our first and foremost priority is to keep you safe. That's why we've made the difficult decision to reschedule this year's race.

New construction along the route raises significant risks for the participants. We've been exploring a number of alternatives for the course, and there are some exciting options being considered for a future race. Unfortunately, rescheduling is the only viable option for this year's race.

What's next?

• If you already registered, we'll be refunding your entry fee. The refund will show on your credit/debit card within about a week.
• We will continue to explore alternative routes in Redwood City in the interest of bringing you a new and better race in 2020. More to come as we make progress on it.

While the cancellation for this year was a tough decision to make, your safety is our top priority, and we will never compromise on that belief.
